Accessibility statement
Effective October 22, 2026 · version 1.0
HandNexus wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who use screen readers, only a keyboard or enlarged zoom. This statement meets the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law No. 13,146/2015, art. 63).
Standard we follow
We follow the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, which are also the basis of the Brazilian standard ABNT NBR 17225:2025.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation across the whole site, with focus always visible and a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Contrast of text, buttons and fields checked with the WCAG formula. The brand orange is never used as text on light backgrounds.
- Structure with headings in order, landmarks (header, navigation, content and footer) and the language of each page declared.
- Forms with visible labels, optional fields marked in words, text error messages linked to fields and an error summary at the top.
- Diagnosis with one question per screen, no dragging and no time limit, progress announced to screen readers and the browser Back button working.
- Report charts with a title, a text summary and a data table. Color is never the only signal.
- Motion: animations are subtle and turn off when your system asks for reduced motion. Nothing moves on its own for more than 5 seconds.
- Readable on any screen: the layout adapts from 320 px to large monitors, with no horizontal scrolling, and supports 200% zoom.
- Automated tests with axe-core on every release, plus manual keyboard review.
Known limitations
- The report PDF is created with the browser’s print feature. The web version remains the most accessible.
- Social media links lead to third-party sites, whose accessibility we do not control.
