These terms apply to the use of handnexus.com and the Free Business Diagnosis. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid HandNexus services follow the proposal and contract of each project. The Portuguese version prevails over this translation.

1. Who we are

2. What the Free Business Diagnosis is

The diagnosis is an AI-assisted guided self-assessment of your business, based on the answers you provide. It shows the declared profile across seven pillars, strengths, points of attention, hypotheses and priorities to investigate.

The diagnosis is not:

an audit, certification or full consulting engagement;
a promise of financial, commercial or growth results;
an implementation plan, a budget or an automatic recommendation to hire HandNexus;
legal, accounting, tax or other regulated professional advice.

The AI can make mistakes. Conclusions are preliminary and depend on the quality of the answers; causes are only confirmed through validation, for example in the In-Depth Strategic Diagnosis with our team. Use is free and requires no sign-up.

3. Your responsibilities

When using the site, you agree to:

provide truthful information and be authorized to speak for the company assessed;
not enter third-party personal data or sensitive data in text fields;
not use the site in an automated or abusive way, or to try to bypass security, the AI or usage limits;
respect the law and the rights of others.

We may block submissions that do not follow these terms.

4. Your report and its link

The report is available through a secret link for 12 months, or until you delete it. Anyone with the link can see the report, so keep it safe. You may use the report freely within your company. Decisions based on it are yours: evaluate them with the care your situation requires.

5. Intellectual property

The HandNexus brand, the NEXUS method, the texts, design, code and diagnosis questions belong to HandNexus or its licensors. Copying, reselling or reproducing the diagnosis or the site without written permission is not allowed. Your answers remain yours.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the site available, secure and accurate, but it may be interrupted and may contain inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting consumer rights, HandNexus is not liable for:

decisions based solely on the free diagnosis;
results that depend on factors beyond our control, such as markets, competition, platforms and third-party decisions;
analyses based on incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Paid services

HandNexus projects, consulting and other services are contracted through a specific proposal or contract, with scope, deadlines, fees and conditions. Withdrawal and refunds follow the Refund Policy and the contract, whichever is more favorable to the client.

The “Client login” button leads to the future HandNexus client platform, which will have its own terms. This site does not create accounts or ask for passwords.

Links to third-party sites, such as social media, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or privacy practices.

10. Support

Questions, complaints and requests can be sent to contato@handnexus.com. We confirm receipt and reply within 5 business days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect reports already generated.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. In all other cases, the courts of Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
