Refund policy

This policy explains how withdrawal, cancellation and refunds work for paid HandNexus services. It follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and Decree No. 7,962/2013. If your service proposal or contract has more favorable conditions, those apply. The Portuguese version prevails over this translation.
1. What it covers
- Paid HandNexus services, such as consulting, projects and programs.
- The Free Business Diagnosis has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Right of withdrawal: 7 days
If you hired us outside a physical business location (online, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail), you may withdraw within 7 days of signing the contract or of the start of the service, without giving a reason (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
- You can withdraw through the same channel you used to hire us or by e-mail at contato@handnexus.com.
- We confirm receipt of your request immediately.
- We refund the full amount paid, adjusted for inflation, with no deductions.
- For card payments, we immediately ask the card issuer to cancel or reverse the charge. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
- For PIX, bank slip or transfer, we refund within 10 business days to the account you indicate.
3. After 7 days
Cancellation follows the contract of each service:
- Services delivered in stages or on an ongoing basis: you pay for what has been delivered up to the cancellation request and receive the rest of any prepaid amount, subject to the notice period in the contract.
- Services not delivered or defective: you may ask for the work to be redone, a proportional price reduction or a refund (Consumer Protection Code, art. 20).
- No clause removes your legal right to a refund.
4. How to ask
Write to contato@handnexus.com with the subject “Cancellation” or “Refund”, including:
- your name and company;
- the service hired and the date;
- the payment method;
- bank details for the refund, when it was not a card payment.
We reply within 5 business days.
5. Clients outside Brazil
For clients in the United States and other countries, the contract conditions, the contracted currency and the payment method used apply. The 7-day right of withdrawal is offered to these clients as well.
